Alana de la Garza (born April 15, 1982) was an American actress, model and TV host. The majority of her fame comes from her notable TV appearances. Garza grew up in the USA and has witnessed the dramatic changes in television and acting. When Garza was young she won Miss Photogenic, Miss El Paso Teen USA. The experience increased her passion for acting and modeling. Garza began her professional career in the late 1990s performing cameos. Her passion and dedication to her craft led producers to begin to hire her. In 2008 she became the Garnier Nutritioniste brand ambassador. She has received multiple nominations and prizes throughout her career. Garza has received nominations from 2007 in the categories of Best Television Actress and Outstanding TV Drama Series Actress. The year after, Garza won an Impact Award in this same category.
